I have created Paginated report (link is provide below) . After exporting in excel the height of the 11th row (which consist of multiple lines is not expanded as shown below . I want larger height in order to show all lines in a cell as shown below

This appears to be a quirk related to merged cells in paginated reports exported to Excel.
If the report layout results in a merged cell in a given row of the exported Excel file, the row height for that row will not adjust automatically.
In your example, the boundaries of the two Text Boxes are not aligned with the columns of the Tablix, which forces certain cells to be merged when the layout is constructed for Excel.
To illustrate a possible fix, if you resize the Text Boxes as shown below to align with the Tablix columns as in the attached RDL, the row height expands as expected in the Excel export.
