Paginated report as attachment via Email

Hi,

I'm trying to create a flow to send the paginated excel output via email as attachment. The flow is running fine but when I try to open the file from email it is giving below error. The report has parameters.

The flow is creating the file in Business drive fine. The email attachment it is giving error. What could be the issue? Please help me.

Below is the config.

Hi @riazahmedshaik ,

Please try below steps:

  1. Check the File Format and Compatibility: Ensure that the file format of the paginated report is compatible with the software you're using to open it. If the report is in Excel format, verify that you have a compatible version of Excel or another application capable of opening it.
  2. Inspect the Email Attachment Process: Since the file is correctly created in your Business drive, the issue might lie in how the file is attached to the email. Ensure that the flow correctly references the file from the Business drive and attaches it without corrupting the file.
  3. Review Email System Restrictions: Some email systems have restrictions or security settings that might prevent certain types of attachments from being opened directly from the email. Check if there are any such restrictions in place that could be causing the issue.
