Page level security is working static RLS is not working

hi All

How to Navigate Pages Dynamically with RLS? - YouTube 

i followed the same method created PLS (page level security) it was working. after that i applied static RLS it is not working.

secanrio:

i have totally 4 tables containing many to many relationship. 

i also have 4 pages in one report.

question

1. master has to see all pages

2. trainer has to see 1st,3rd,4th page that to in 3rd and 4th page we have slicer ( in that slicer who is login as master he has see his data only )

3. user has to see 3rd page only we have slicer ( in that slicer who is login as user he has see his data only )

Role email  page

Master master@email.com page 1

Master master@email.com page 2

and so on
