Hi @simonedb ,
Can you describe the problem in more detail? What does your shared link refer to?
The link is a way to open a report or a link to a data source.
Is your report unable to open on Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service?
Best Regards,
Stephen Tao

link is a dashboard connected to a database done by a consultant on his properties
@simonedb , It the link shared is generated using a share link or taken from a web URL.
Also does belong to your organization
A simple check, Are you able to login to app.powerbi.com
yes i can do it
also from Pwbi desktop..but all the time i must go back to the original link and entry, to the dashboard, i dont fint it already inside my PWBI...
thanks @amitchandak , well i am able to login of course.
the link is created by a consultant which is not part opf the organization
so not posisbile to share? He said, since the beginning, that this was the way to do it. we hire him for this, to prepare the dashboard...then he send the zip file of the whole project. .pbix and i can opne it from pwbi desktop..but well, that was not the starting idea
