PDF download only showing part of report

Any help apreciated , i am trying to download a PDF version of my report . The report is in basic table format as it is text that is being reported .

The report links direct into form results and give me an audit type view of complaints .

However when i go to export the pdf it only shows me half of what i can see on the screen . So for example results A-Z become A-K . I have tried everything. I am not an IT person but am basic level competent on BI . Any help is apreciated as i am getting frustrated .
