PDF Error

When I export a multiple page report to pdf it closes my Power BI Desktop down or it gives me a blank page.  When it gives a blank page you can see the name of the report at the top, the tables are visible in table view and it states how many pages are at the bottom.  The only way to get out of this document is then to shutdown using task manager as it will not shut down by ordinary means.  Please help I am getting most frustrated

Is there any custom visuals in your report? As the online document, the feature does export custom visuals.

Hi, yes it does have custom visuals.  There is a member of staff here who has Windows 10 and he never has problems creating with a pdf with my document.  That is why I am sure it is purely a windows issue now.  Perhaps I should mark as complete and if I have problems when I get onto Windows 10 put a new message on?

Based on my test using the Power BI desktop version: 2.68.5432.241 64-bit (April 2019).

I cannot reproduce your issue here. What is your version then? Could you please update to the latest version and try again?

I am still on the February version and don't have any control over when our version gets updated.  I shall await the update and let you know.  I am also still on Windows 7 which doesn't help!

Sorry, cannot mark as complete, it has not resolved the issue.  We are now on March version but I still cannot create a pdf without either getting a blank screen or power bi shutting down entirely
