PBI visual present none existing data

Hi All,

I have this table with no relationship to other tables in SQL. I made a table in PBI, expecting to see the exact same table as I have in SQL, while it actually had, created rather, entries that was not in the SQL table.

Wonder if anyone has something similar happened before?

Did you find the cause of the problem? 

In addition to connecting the data source to get the table in powerbi, you can also add data by entering data and use DAX function(Like summarize(),calendar(),etc...) to new tables. 

Open power query, if you can see the table, check the source of the table, if it doesn't mean the table was created by dax.

Power BI is not adding data. What is showing up in Power Query when you connect to it? There may be fields that were hidden to you in whatever tool you were looking at the SQL data, but Power BI sees all of it.
