Hello Experts,
When I try to connect to Redshift server it says error as
I am using the jdbc server url which was generated when I have created a redshift cluster in AWS and this url has port as 5439.
Any help would be highly appreciated! Please suggest
Thanks

@Anonymous,
Firstly, please ensure that the Redshift server is using port 5439. If you have a firewall between your client and server, make sure that the firewall accepts inbound connections over the port that you configured for your cluster.
Secondly, please check if you can connect to Amazon Redshift from other clients using same port.
Thirdly, in the Server field of Amazon Redshift connector in Power BI Desktop, please specify a port in the following format: ServerURL: Port.
Regards,
Lydia
