PBI color issue

Hi All,

I know I saw a post of this issue but I cannot find it anymore. I have an issue with the colors when using different monitoris.

I am using the october version of PBI.

My laptop (Dell xps 15) has a 4k screen and starting a new PBI report shows the normal colors:

However, when moving to another external 4k screen attached to my laptop the report shows different colors:

PBI is the only app that shows different colors on the external screen. I use a Thunderbolt port to connect the external monitor to my laptop. I have installed the latest display and all other necessary drivers.

In the post I found earlier the proposed solution was to disable software rendering instead of GPU rendering in IE. But that doesn't help.

Any idea's how to fix it?

Hi there

It would appear that the issue is on the other monitor and how it is connecting to your graphics card.

Did you get this issue resolved?
