PARETO help

I do have a pareto chart and am displaying failures and cost assosciated with failures. Along side, i am using the date of failure as a filter to control pareto chart. when i select multiple dates, am noticing the failures >70% is getting highlighted as well. I am using conditional formattting to only highlight the numbers below 70%. Any reason why this is happening?

  • Hello,

You can use visual "Pareto+" to create a graph, table and legend or "Pareto by sio2Graphs" to produce the graph.  The visuals with do all of the calculations for you, no need to use DAX or measures.

Using “Pareto+”, you can select the “Significance” at 70% and then specifically highlight those results, filter on date and add a translation value for the date showing what the cost represents, if appropriate.

        Hi,

You can email directly [email protected].  There you can share an anonymized version of the data, so I can understand the problem.
