Output Format

This is my Overview page.
If I Select any value from Slicer, which is on Homepage, All the data to be displayed related to that value.
This output format is expected.

I have done slicer synchronisation. 
But the problem is if I take a table visual it will display in tabular form.

I want it in this format.

Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck?

The image I have shared is my actual output format. But if I take columns in table visual, it will display in tabular form. But I want a view like that image.
Then which visual should I use ?
