Other way of getting power bi url than office 365

I'm just a student and I use power bi for my capstone(thesis) project. I'm also aware that office 365 is allowing students to sign up for free but my school (Technological insitute of the Philippines) is not yet recognized (I guess) because I tried it already. Is there other way for me to get/publish the power bi link/reports than office 365?

Power BI requires that you use a work, or school, email address to sign up. Power BI does not support email addresses provided by consumer email services or telecommunication providers. This includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com and others.

Regardless of school status, you should be able to sign up for a free Power BI account and then use Publish to Web to share your reports.
