Organisational View of Projects

I have an employee table, with a unique ID, Employee Name, Manager Name and Project

If I select the Top tier employee in a slicer, e.g. CEO, I want to be able to get a list of all projects under the CEO (i.e. her entire organisation).

If I select Employee "E" for example, I want to be able to see all projects in her organisation.

I've tried Searching and I suspect the solution will involve DAX "PATH", but cant seem to nail it. The attached PBIX file has the DAX column PATH, but not sure where to go from there.

PBIX File

Thakns for the Assist.
