Organisational Themes (Preview) not appearing for all users

With the preview release of organizational themes, we've found that some users cannot see this. There is no obvious issue preventing people from seeing such as different PBI versions, licences etc so I wondered if this is a known bug?

Some users are unable to view Organizational Themes (Preview) in Power BI.

Please review the following steps:

Tenant Settings: Confirm that an admin has enabled Organizational Themes in the Power BI Admin Portal and assigned the appropriate security groups.

Version Requirement: Ensure users are running Power BI Desktop August 2023 or later.

Enable Preview Feature: In Power BI Desktop, navigate to File > Options > Preview features, enable Organizational themes, and restart the application.

Power BI Service Visibility: Verify if Organizational themes are also missing in Power BI Service under View Themes.

Deployment Method: Confirm the admin has uploaded and published the organizational theme via Admin Portal - Organizational Themes.

User Sign-in Refresh: Have users sign out and back in to refresh their profile and settings.

Access Group Check: Check that affected users are part of the group configured for organizational themes.

Clear Cache: If the issue persists, clear the cache at %localappdata%\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\AnalysisServicesWorkspaces.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be due to a rollout delay or a bug. In this case, please consider submitting a Microsoft Support Ticket.

Thanks for your response.

Just to note that organisational themes are not linked to security groups, and it is not an option with the Power BI desktop's preview settings as it has been applied throughout the Power BI service. Everything else we have done so we will likely support a ticket to Microsoft.
