Order of operations

What is the correct order of operation we use in Power BI for creating any report?

In general, 

1. get your data

2. clear your data in PQ Editor if necessary,

3. Create and manage relationships

 

4. (1) Create calculated columns

    (2) Create your own measures

5. create visuals

  1. Import or connect to data using Power Query Editor
  2. Create relationships in your Model view of Power BI Desktop
  3. Create any required DAX calculated columns and measures
  4. In Report view, create visuals

Hopefully I understood the question correctly.
