Hi again ljimenezvega84

When you input the sequence number you have used a Text data type instead of number data type.

Therefore 101, 10 and 11 will sort before 2 !
If you change the data type to whole number, then it will sort numerically.

This suggests you are a novice.
I recommend you do some Power BI learning before asking anymore basic questions,

because you find these kind of simple answers and lots more within a minutes of learning.

You learn better via this structured laerning path, rather than lots pf questions.

Hi @ljimenezvega84

@speedramps's solution is correct and i also used this on my report once. When you create a sort table you would need to mannually enter the serial numbers (positions) to the items you wanted to sort. This can be done by using 'Enter data' either on Power BI or Power Query, and it's suppsed to keep you away from those Number errors.

Thanks

Yes that is easy to do

Create a table with name and sequence number  eg 4,1,3,5,2
Then sort the name column by the squence number

Hi, thanks for your response. Yes i´ve try that, but unfortunatly when the number pass from 9 to 10, the table puts the 10 after the 1:

1
10
11
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
