Oracle view does not bring rows in PowerBI

Hello, I have a problem in PowerBI to visualize an Oracle data source, a view in this case, I created a view to show my monthly billing, it works fine in Oracle, but when I import it to PowerBI, the PowerBI shows me only the columns but not the rows, it tells me "This table is empty".
