Option for users to use relative or manual date slicer

We are in an App Owns Data Embedded environment.

Is there a way to allow users to switch between using a relative date slicer and a date range date slicer? In most situations, the relative date slicer is fine. But there are some users who want to select a custom range. 

I'd like to display the same options that we get in Desktop:
