Hi,
I am trying to make this measure working faster, as it takes quite some time to process. Table 1 does contain an ID and a duration for each sequence (there are several sequence in one call) - so I have to summarize the duration across all the sequence that occurs before the FirstConvoSequence
Number of respondents within set time :=
COUNTROWS (
FILTER (
SUMMARIZE (
FILTER ( Table1; Table1[change] = 1 && Table1[FirstConvoSequence] > 0 );
calls[call_id];
"Queue"; [NumberOfSecondsInQueue] <= MAX ( Seconds[Seconds] )
);
[Queue] = TRUE ()
)
)
Hi @rhl94,
Can you share the pbix? Or at least show the tables and relationships in your data model? What is calls[call_id]?
and [NumberOfSecondsInQueue]? Could you also explain a bit more what the measure is supposed to do? I don't quite understand
Cheers
