Open PowerBI file error message

I am trying to open my file and I get a message error '' Something went wrong ''.

I have put too many hours one work I didn't want lose my job. 

Can you help my.

@Mamoud ignore any notifications from the spanish community. it is a bad bug in the forum software that sends spanish notifications to english posters and causes confusion.

@Mamoud  , Seem like you have an open ticket via Spanish notification.

Try to close all instances of Power BI. and Open it again.

If not open a new/empty power Bi file and see if you can open that. Do you see a restore file option on the report area?

Check the version of power bi and if it is the latest version check anyone faced a similar issue at - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

Short of rebooting helping, you will need to restore the file to a previous version. Hopefully you have been storing this in OneDrive or SharePoint where versions exist.

I didn't change the cersion, I have the same version.
