Hello to All,
Is anyone else having problems with OneLake File Explorer syncing? For the last several weeks it does not seem to be working for me. I've looked at the debug logs, tried removing and reinstalling the app but I still can't get it to work the way it is supposed to. I've used the app for several months and only started getting the problem a few week back. I'll add files to my desktop folder and they do not sync, I'll edit the files and 'save as' and they still don't sync. Sometimes (not always) I'll add files directly to the services and they do sync, but not always.
Thanks,
Bryce
Hi @brycedwhite
Thanks for the reply from rajendraongole1 .
OneLake file explorer has some limitations in syncing, such as files or folders with Windows reserved characters that cannot be synchronized, workspace names with "/" characters, encoded escape characters, and names that look like GUIDs will not be synced.
So please check if there is a restriction first. If the problem persists, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Yulia Xu
