One to many error

I wanted to start out a question about the issue having in a matrix trying to figure out the error given on particular level of granularity , when explosing the matrix, for the SameperiodLastyear formula
I've reported an example which actually is working for APE PY but not totally because it has same figures all the time but I had stated a one-to-many relationship before which should solve
What am I doing wrong ?

how to manage an HY sum of results ? I have reported values correctly for each quarter I would like to add mid-year sum. thanks

@papuzu , I added a date table and changed the measure, refer to the file attached after signature
