One Column with Multiple Values

Hello,

I am working with a column that has multiple values in it and I do not want to split the column up because those values in the cloumn need to be attached to the single point of information in that row. (hopefully that makes sense) basically....is there a way to get Power BI to recognize multiple values within the same column?
