On selection of multiple filter "No data available" is overlaping on chart.
Step to repro
1. Select any bar from the bar graph
2. Select any filter value from the slicer
3. "No data availabel" is overlaping with the content of graph
4. Same issue is also repro in High contrast mode also

Based on my test using Power BI desktop version : 2.76.5678.461 64-bit (December 2019). I cannot reproduce your issue here. Could you please share your pbix to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
