On-premises gateway, using R?

Hi!

I saw this article from 2018, saying that it is not possible to load your data throug R with an on-premises gateway.

https://www.sqlgene.com/2018/09/25/power-bi-error-r-cannot-be-added-to-gateway/

Has there been any changes, or will there be any changes to allow this?

Regards

Marit

Hi @Marit ,

R and Python scripts are supported for personal mode gateway.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-personal-mode

You could take a look at this case for more information.

Did I answer your question ? Please mark my reply as solution. Thank you very much.

If not, please upload some insensitive data samples and expected output.
