Objects are forcibly resized when I move them

It's been a few weeks since I last edited anything in Power BI Destop.  I am running Version 2.123.742.0 64-bit (November 2023).

Whenever I move one of my report objects (bar chart, line chart, text box) Power BI changes the height and width by a few pixels.  A 73x402 text box becomes 80x400.  Bar charts which were 200x300 become 200x304.  A Line and stacked column chart which was 218x781 becomes 216x784.  If I copy/paste that last one and move it it goes from 218x781 to 224x776, or maybe 216x784, or... Needless to say this is very frustrating.  Please tell me it's not a new & improved feature... 🙄

Hey, sorry I don't have any solutions for you, but I want to say that this is also something that I have experienced when building my own reports (and it's happened in older versions too). I'm really hoping Microsoft fixes it soon!
