I made a new connection and am simply trying to apply changes, but I keep getting the error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object
This happened a couple weeks ago too, then the problem went away. I assume this is a Power BI service issue, but I don't see any new postings on this from this week.
The error is followed by this error:
A Task's exception(s) were not observed either by Waiting on the Task or accessing its Exception property. As a result, the unobserved exception was rethrown by the finalizer thread.
I rebooted, I removed PBI Desktop, then reinstalled and rebooted, still same error.
If I cancel the error, the LOAD page appears and the queries try to refresh, but get hung and spit another error.
Any suggestions?
