OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] MySQL: Fatal error encountered during data read

I am trying to merge two columns , after merging when I apply and close this fatal error generates. I tried by clearing data permissions, datatypes are same , even checked the empty rows etc everything is fine but this issue is still there

@drogo96 , Make sure you are using latest .net driver
