ODBC error status code 500

I'm importing information from a data lake, but when the import starts, the error message appears: 

odbc error 08s01 cloudera hardy 115 connection failed with error: bad status unrecognized response with no error message header status code 500

that's not the problem, if I do a simple query on this database it runs without problems, big data and low RAM memory can cause something like this?

@moraesbruno7 , issue with URL or credential, also if there is IP whitelist is required, that can be an issue too
