ODBC connectivity Error

Hi 
We are trying to connect MongoDB with Power BI.
But we are getting connectivity errors while trying to connect MongoDB with Power BI through ODBC connectors.

Details: "ODBC: ERROR [08001] Connection failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 192.168.0.1:27017"

Can you please help us to fix this issue?

Hi @Prashanth1664v ,

Please check the if the hostname and instance are correct. And please check if you can ping to the database server.
