Numeric Range Parameter Issue

Whenever I create a New Paramater - Numeric Range (Whole Number) with:
Minimum Value: 0
Maximum Value: 1,000,000
Increment: 1
Default: 0
Slicer Type: Single Value

I get an error while inserting a number in the single value input field. For example if I enter:

1000 and hit enter, output is 999

2000 and hit enter, output is 1998 .. 

Any fix to this issue?

this is due to sampling of the what-if parameters (more than 1000 values):

You can try creating the table in M, that should work fine:
