Number displaying differently once loaded into Power BI

In Power Query the Outage time is displayed correctly

Once I've selected Close & Apply it shows in this format

 

I'm unsure why it's changed. Here is the formatting shown under Column tools for context. Changing the format to Decimal number here also displays the wrong number
