Hi All,
I have my PowerBI file pulling in data from a bunch of Excel templates. The data that is being pull from the spreadsheets are being pulled from a separate tab within the Excel workbook. I have the format set to 'Number' on the source tab and and "Accounting' on the tab my PowerBI is pulling from. When the data gets into PowerBI, the decimal values are lost. They all just say .00 even though they have decimal values in my Excel (e.g. .48). I've ensured all my values are 'decimal numbers' and that they are using the "decimal number' locale in my Transform Data step. I've also ensured that the data type and format are "decimla number' in Table view.
Does anyknow here know how I could fix this? Thank you in advance!
Regards,
Brennan

This is resolved now. I had some other (incorrect) formatting steps in my workflow placed after the correct formatting so it wasnt coming into PowerBI desktop correctly.
