Not respecting Oracle database authorizations

Hi all,

I just found out that Power BI desktop is not respecting the Oracle database authorizations. The login should be able to pull data from only its own schema, but I have tried pulling data from other schemas and it all retrieved successfully. I don't think this scenario is supposed to happen, any ideas?

Thanks!

@prapatsorn , I think the user might have access or may be an admin. I doubt Oracle will allow access outside what is allowed

Yeah, so upon further inspection I was wrong. It had authorization for all schemas, I'll probably create another login for this specific purpose. Thanks though
