Not receiving verification code by email

I´ve been trying to register an account on Power Bi for days and for some reason, I am not receiving the verification code that is supposed to be sent to my email durign the sign up procedure. I have tried with several different users in my same domain and none of them recieve the confirmation email. Can you please help me? My email account is not filtering the emails, they are not on a spam folder and all incoming mails from @Microsoft.com have been whitelisted to avoid any type of spam filtering. Still, no luck receiving the email. 

The email I want to register is hdiaz@gruppoproceramic.com

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Check Email Server Restrictions:

Sometimes, corporate email servers have strict rules which might block certain automated emails. Please check with your IT department to ensure that emails from no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com are not being blocked by your email server.

2.Check for Typos in Email Address.

3.Try Alternative Email.

4.Check Email Inbox Rules and Filters:

Review any inbox rules or filters that may be directing the email away from your main inbox.
