Not able to see all data points while trying to make a new group(column)

Hi,

I am trying to create a group(new column) from an existing column. In the grouping window, i am not able to see all the values of the existing column(even though i can see it in the data) in order to group values as required. I tried refresing the data set multiple times. Any help will be much appreciated.
