Dear all,
since few weeks I´m facing the following message while trying to execute a SAP BW Query in Microsoft Power BI. In general the connection to SAP BW system is possible and it´s possible to display the list of available InfoProviders and Queries but the loading of the data of a Query is not possible.
Screenshot of the message:

Cube
The SAP BW server reported an error: 'An exception with the type CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING'. To find more information about this error, visiting the SAP support site and search for 'RS_EXCEPTION 000'.
Does anyone experienced the same and can share the potential root cause to be able to solve the issue.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael

Dear all,
in parallel I posted the faced issue in the SAP community as well.
In the meantime I received one potential useful answer to my raised post, see link Not able to load BW Query data in MS Power BI due to exception CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS in the SAP community.
Here the SAP Note 3070258, see link 3070258 - Exception CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS is mentioned by the SAP community user who added an answer to my question.
We implemented in our test environment the manual correction as in the SAP note described and the exception message CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS is now no longer appearing.
But we´re still not yet able to display the BW Query data in Power BI as usual.
Now we´re getting the below message:

The model doesn´t have a named expression named Cube.

Does anyone faced the same issue? Or what could be the reason behind this message?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael
Issue with the exception CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS has been resolved after implementing the manual correction as per the SAP Note 3070258.
Information about our SAP BW System: Release 7.5, SPS19
After installing the newest Power BI "September 2021" version (so far "January 2021" version was used) the other message "The model doesn´t have a named expression named Cube." also no longer appears and BW data can be accessed again via Power BI as usual.
Hi @Michael_Rau ,
I doubt whether this issue is on the power bi side.
As the message said you may 'visiting the SAP support site and search for 'RS_EXCEPTION 000'.
Best Regards,
Jay
