Normal Distribution Curve Comparison

I am looking for some help with experssing a normal distribution curve. I have a simple data set:

Where I want to plot the normal distribution curve for every clinic location/every department. For each visual I want to see the curve PRE and POST together. 

Any help here would be really appreciated.
