No option to "Copy visual as image"

I don't have the option to "Copy visual as image." Do I need to turn this feature on somewhere? Also, is it only available online, or is it available in the Desktop version?

In the online version, I've followed the instructions to navigate to the elipses (...) on a visual for "More Options", then go to the "Visual Headers" section in the format pane, and then make sure that the "Copy Icon" is turned on. But, when I do that, I don't see the "Copy visual as image" option. What am I missing?

Hi @ScottVAnderson ,

I will rephrase the answer, you don't have the copy as image on the edit mode (Desktop or Service) if you change to the view mode you should have this option available, if it's still not available check if the icon is enable:

Hi @ScottVAnderson ,

In edit mode, you need to right-click on the visual instead of opening the three-dot drop-down list to see the option "Copy visual".

In view mode, the option "Copy visual as image" appears in the visual header.

Thanks for the response. I ended up switch to "Reading View" per MFelix's post and then the copy option showed up. It seems to be working as expected now.

@v-kkf-msft ,

The copy visual that you refer on the rigth click is not for copying the visual has image is to copy the visual to another power bi report page. If you do that and try to paste the visual in any other software (powerpoint, paint, excel,...) you will not get nothing pasted

Hi @ScottVAnderson ,

The Copy visual as image is only available on the service not on the Power BI Desktop.

Thanks for the response. The image above is using the online PowerBI (which I'm guessing is the "service" you are referring to), but I don't have the "Copy visual as image" option (as NOT shown in the image I included).

Thank you! That worked! I had to switch to Reading View, and then the copy icon showed up. When I closed out the online PowerBI, and then came back in, the copy icon was showing up consistently.
