No change in bar color in 100% stacked bar chart

I got a 100% stacked bar chart which shows the Total sales over years and I used the field paramater as the legend as below

I got a field parameter with 2 options "gender" and "Summary"

The gender split will be shown as above, but i need a summary view without any split in the same field parameter, so i created a calculated column in the table and give all the values as "All" and used it in the field paramater and the graph will be as below.

Now, i tried to change the colour of this particular bar in Summary view, but i could find that the colours aren't reflecting. I tried conditional formatting also, but still not working. It is shown below :

What might be the possible reason?
