In the past when I refresh PB data, system will pop up a window to inform you if you have an error. Now this message is gone even if I see error in my data. Does anyone have any idea what happened? Do I need to turn on anything in option?

In power query, you can choose Home-Remove Rows, click remove errors and check if error disappeared.
In addtion, it seems this issue should be related to data format can't be recognized by power query, I would suggest you to refer to this:

@zqlcancer , Power query, and check there should be an error folder with the errors. you can check errors there.

There are no error folder or error msg like before after I refreshed data. But if I look the data in details, I can see the error.
