Does the "Dont Summarize" feature not work on a matrix visual? I have percentages summing up and I want to remove them.

Are you trying to get the % based on the other 2 fields in your values section? If that's the case I think you have to create a measure to recalculate.
It doesn't look like it. Have you tried taking the min or the max of the field instead so it shows what you're looking for?
Yes, I tried that and all it really shows is my max value on the table
