New measure for total number of lines

Dear All,

I seeking for support for the following:

I have beneath table:

I want to build a measure as mentioned in red. This measure should give the number of records / lines of a specific month. Records with Jan data have three entries, in Feb 2 entries and March 4 entries. These numbers should return in a measure. 

Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks!
