New item indication
Hi Anonymous ,
Can you please share more details? How do you identify it as a new item, if there is no date logged? What effect do you want, put them into a new table or highlight the changed items? You could post some sample data and the expected output. And you could mask the sensitive data when you post the sample. Then we can help you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your reply Xue Ding,
The Data is basically 3 columns, "ID, Project Name and Phase". The total number of projects are then about 250, I then filter just on the "Initiation" phase to return about 40 projects. Project managers would then change the other projects from a certain phase into "Initiation" which would change the 40 to 41, etc. I would then like to know which one of those projects are the ones that are "new" on the list, basically highlighting them or even in a new column have the word "new" come up until the next one or 2 comes up.
Unfortunately we do not capture an identifier like a date or status when we change over the phases.
I hope this make sense, I am sorry, I am extremely new to Power BI and Data for that matter.
Thanks
Kind Regards
Jeremy
