Hello All,
I created a very basic order details page , named OrdersTab, that diaplys the orders for a company. I created a book mark for this page named OderDetails. I have a Customer tab that displays the information for the company, and I created a book mark button that, when pressed, goes to the OrdersTab page. The filter informaiton from the Customer tab is not being sent to the Orderstab. I have tried checking/unchecking the data option of the orderDtails bookmark, but nothing happens. Any ideas why this is happening?
Cheers,
Peter
Hi @Anonymous ,
Bookmarks can only save the filter at that time. For example, when you create a bookmark and carry a filter, the filter will be static. When you use the bookmark jump and click slicer again, it will not update the slicer in the previously created bookmark.
See if drill through can be an alternative.
Best Regards,
Liang

Hi @Anonymous - have you tried doing this as a drill-through instead of a bookmark? Put your Customer ID in the "Add drill-through fields here" on the Order Detail page, and then when you right-click on the Customer ID on the customer page, you should see "Drill Through" --> "Order Detail" in the menu options.
Hope this helps
David
