New (February 2021) search bar feature not displaying

I have just been running a training course and the new search bar feature is showing for some students and not others.  Also not showing for me.  I have checked that all are on the same version.  any ideas?

@Ian_Altis Ok. I think this feature is only available in English (United States) right now. I hope you have setup the correct language in your powerbi desktop.

Hi, @Ian_Altis 

 

Yes, The new feature is currently only available in English interface. You can set in : Options>>GLOBAL>>Regional Settings>>Application language. Setting in current file is useless.

Changed in "CURRENT FILE" and restarted which did not work.  Do I have to change GLOBAL?  Don't really want to do that as I am in the UK.

@Ian_Altis I hope you have alredy tried restarting the powerbi desktop application. Normally, it should help.
