I have several times in the past added new Excel worksheets to the Excel workbook that my report is linked to.
I have just added a new worksheet, pressed Refresh All in Editor mode (Power Query) and its not appearing.
Has something changed with all the new updates that I am not aware off?

You need to modify the steps in pq to make the addition of worksheets work.
