New Column for Trace a sequence (Number of Times)

 

plese see below table, please help me to get this last column calculated.

 

Scenario

This is a sample of my project master ,

if you trace back the project  "Proj_A_0019" it is the third renewal of "Proj_A_0001" , means that project is nenewed 3 times

same way

i need to get  calculated the number of times that project has renewed by tracing back as shown in last column of the table.

You could try using a combination of the PATH and PATHLENGTH function
