I want a new column for a Default Branch that will recognize that those top three zipcodes are the same, and will output the branch with the highest patient count per zipcode like such:

I figured it out. I was pulling more values than I thought
I tried:
Column=CALCULATE(MAX(Table[CountofPatient]), ALLEXCEPT(Table, Table[Zip]))
But it gave me:
Which does not make sense. I figured I could go from here and add another column where if the count of patients is the same as column, give me branch.
