Netting

Hey Everyone! 

I need to net two seprate sums based on a filter.  Per the screen shot below I need to net these two columns based on the Connection, but because I am basing this off the CoCd I am running into a problem. Can someone help with the Netting formula?

What's your metadata? The screenshot is a table visual, what's the expected result? Please share more details.
